
Meet Todd Jackson
Mr. Jackson received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1988 where he served as Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Mr. Jackson served as a law clerk for federal judge Prentiss Marshall in Chicago and practiced for several years at a large Chicago firm before returning to Arizona, where he has practiced since 1992. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Tucson Airport Authority, is a past President of the Arizona State Bar Trial Section, past President of the Casa De Los Ninos board of directors, and served for many years on the faculty of the Arizona State Bar Trial College.
Mr. Jackson is a proud father of three adult children and husband of 35 years to Eileen Jackson (who serves on the firm’s professional staff). He spends his free time skiing and biking.

Scope of Cases
Mr. Jackson has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in these and other types of business-related disputes since 1989, with clients ranging from individuals to small businesses, to large multi-national corporations. His present and past cases include business and real estate disputes and complex commercial matters litigated in state, federal, and arbitration forums in Arizona and multiple other jurisdictions throughout the country.

Dispute Resolution
Mr. Jackson represents clients with matters before various arbitration panels, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and private arbitrators and arbitration panels. He is experienced in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution and employs mediation and other facilitated settlement processes where appropriate. He routinely serves as a court-appointed and contractual arbitrator and mediator and is available for retention for mediation and arbitration services.
